Questions, answered
Can I get flowers delivered today?
Yes. We take orders around the clock and deliver the same day, anywhere in New Jersey, as soon as your bouquet is ready. You can also schedule delivery for any later date and time window. Late-night orders are welcome: right after you order, we text you to confirm the delivery time.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Anywhere in New Jersey. Delivery is free in Plainfield and North Plainfield. Within about 15 miles (Westfield, Scotch Plains, Edison, Piscataway) it is $10; from 15 to 25 miles (Newark, Orange, Elizabeth) it is $20; up to 50 miles (Jersey City, Princeton), $30. Orders of $250 or more ship free within 50 miles. Farther than that (for example, Atlantic City), we deliver orders of $250 or more for a $50 fee. Checkout shows the exact fee as soon as you enter the ZIP code.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect it at 501 W 7th St, Plainfield, NJ, every day from 8 am to midnight. Pickup is for online orders only; there is no walk-in counter.
Can you add a name or a message to the ribbon?
Yes. A personalized ribbon is $12: choose a phrase like Happy Birthday or I Love You, or write a name. The card is free and printed with your message.
Can I design my own bouquet?
Yes. Build your own with 12, 24, 50 or 75 premium roses in the color you like, then choose the wrapping, ribbon and extras. The price updates as you go.
Are the bouquets made ahead of time?
No. Every bouquet is hand-tied when your order comes in, so it arrives fresh.
How do I pay?
With a credit or debit card, on a secure checkout that stays on our site. Card details are processed by Stripe; we never see or store them.
