Terms of sale

1. Products

Each arrangement is prepared to order. Flowers are natural and perishable: size, shade and bloom opening may vary slightly from the photographs, and such natural variation is not considered a defect.

Some photographs are for reference and may show a different quantity or combination than the option selected. When that applies, it is stated on the product page. The order is fulfilled according to the options you select, not the photograph.

Our products are decorative and not intended for consumption. Some flowers, including lilies, are toxic to pets, especially cats. Items such as chocolates may contain allergens. Please keep this in mind when choosing a gift.

2. Substitutions

If a flower, color, wrapping or accessory is unavailable, we will contact you at the phone number provided with your order before making a change. You agree to provide a number where you can be reached on the delivery day.

If we cannot reach you in time to deliver as scheduled, you authorize us to substitute an item of similar style and equal or greater value, at no additional cost to you.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. New Jersey sales tax and the applicable delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

Full payment is collected at the time of the order through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order. In that case you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Delivery

We deliver within New Jersey. The delivery fee is based on the distance from our shop and is shown at checkout. Orders of $250 or more are delivered free of charge, except to addresses more than 50 miles away, which also require a minimum order of $250.

Same-day orders are delivered as soon as the arrangement is ready. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed times. Orders placed after 10 pm are scheduled with you after payment.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct address and a phone number for the recipient. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information are handled under our Returns and Cancellations policy.

An order is considered delivered when it is handed to the recipient or someone at the address, or left in a safe place at the address after we attempt to contact the recipient.

Severe weather, road closures or other events beyond our control may delay a delivery. If we cannot complete the delivery at all, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Card messages and ribbons

The card is free and printed with the message you provide. Personalized ribbons display the text you choose. We print the text exactly as written, so please review spelling before paying. We may decline messages that are offensive or unlawful.

6. Offers and Lovely Bloom Points

The welcome code gives 10% off the arrangements (not delivery or tax) of a first order. Limit one code per customer.

Lovely Bloom Points: you earn 1 point for every $1 spent on arrangements. Every 120 points can be redeemed for $10 off a future order. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. We may change or end the program with notice on this website; points already earned will remain redeemable for at least 30 days after such notice.

7. Orders through other platforms

These terms apply only to orders placed on this website. Orders placed through third-party platforms such as DoorDash or Uber Eats are delivered by those platforms and are governed by their own terms and support.

8. Our responsibility

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the remedies described in these terms and in our Returns and Cancellations policy, up to the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New Jersey law or the rights you have with your card issuer.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your order applies to that order.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
